Purchased a beautiful Volvo V60 from Ralph Patterson cars two weeks ago and absolutely love the car,I called into RPC on my way to work not realising it is appointment's only but Simon was more than happy to show me the car, I went back the next day and went for a drive and knew then I was buying the car, Simon is one of the most genuine guys you will meet Very knowledgeable and talked me through all the information that I needed to know on the day we picked the car up it was immaculately presented but what really impressed me was Simon took the time to sit in the car and explain all the different settings right down to how to fold the seats down I've had lots of car over the years from large well known dealerships here in NI and never experienced that level of detail but it's the details like that that tells me this is a guy and business that actually cares about what they do and how they do it I highly recommend Ralph Patterson cars to anyone thinking about getting there first car or trading their existing car I'd like to offer a big thanks to Simon and RPC and keep doing what you're doing.

First class experience when dealing with Simon good old fashioned customer service at its best. Had a car I was interested in but not the first choice from scanning those available across the country however when speaking with Simon and having called out and met him it was easy to strike a deal. I've been in Sales my self for over 30 years and I appreciate straight forward honesty and customer service and this exists here in abundance. Well priced, flexible, superbly presented car, with lots done by the team and fully documented for me neatly and precisely it was a very simple process especially for someone who has been a company car driver all of their life.
